Significant Events – Q3 2025.

Between July and September 2025, Primoco UAV SE continued the production of unmanned aircraft, both to fulfill contracts signed in the first half of the year and to prepare for future deliveries. Total revenues for the first nine months of the year reached CZK 262 million, and EBITDA profit amounted to CZK 75 million. Although no new contracts were concluded during the third quarter itself, by the end of the year the company will deliver unmanned aircraft worth CZK 150 million under previously signed agreements. At the same time, based on ongoing negotiations, the company continues to plan new contracts for up to 30 new One 150 aircraft with a total value of CZK 833 million (EUR 34.3 million).

The project for the construction of a new training center and hangar at Písek Airport is progressing according to plan. Following the issuance of the building permit, construction work began in September and is scheduled for completion in April 2026. The total investment in this project amounts to approximately CZK 50 million.

In the nearby industrial zone, preparations for the construction of a modern production hall also continued. An archaeological survey is currently underway on the site, which is one of the prerequisites for starting the construction work planned for 2026. The start of production in the new facilities is expected in 2028. The total investment in the new Primoco UAV complex in Písek will reach approximately CZK 500 million. All work is proceeding according to schedule.

At the same time, the company continues with documentation and preparations to obtain ATO (Approved Training Organisation) certification from the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic, building on its existing DOA/POA approvals for the design and production of military aircraft. The result of the certification process is expected in December 2025.

Primoco UAV is gradually transforming from a small company into a medium-sized enterprise. In parallel, it is expanding its management structure, increasing commercial and production capacities, clearly defining responsibilities, and developing its information system. The company is also strengthening cybersecurity and internal control mechanisms to be fully prepared for further growth and to ensure stability and long-term value for investors.

As of October 2025, two experienced professionals have joined the management of Primoco UAV.

Jaroslav Svoboda, new Vice President of Primoco UAV SE for Production. Jaroslav brings top-level experience from the civil aviation sector, particularly in the fields of maintenance and technical support for leading manufacturers of jet and turboprop aircraft such as Pilatus and Piper. He was involved in the development of a new ERP system, internal process setup, and the establishment of the AOG (Aircraft on Ground) department. His appointment to the Primoco UAV management team reflects the company’s growing emphasis on quality, precision, and efficient production management. His experience from cooperation with leading global OEM partners such as Pratt & Whitney Canada, Honeywell, and Williams will now help strengthen the principles of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the Primoco UAV Group.

The current Production Director, Josef Šťastný, is taking on the role of Technical Director, where he will be responsible for further development of the One 150 aircraft and the integration of new technologies.

Filip Hodaň, new Sales Director of Primoco UAV Defence.
